ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Service Administrator will be an organised, solutions-oriented problem solver who values the relationships they build and will drive operational procedure to deliver exceptional program management and support. Each member of the Customer Service team is KPI'ed on client retention and overall client satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Verify, check and process all promotional cashback entries.
* Ensure all communications that is sent to customer is accurate.
* Provide support to all customers with day-to-day administration, response and resolution to all enquiries that achieve optimal customer experience driven outcomes.
* Verify, check and process all card activations and maintain a database of all card issuance to support effective and efficient reconciliation.
* Provide operational support to the Account Management team with management of invoicing, reporting, monthly reconciliations and client insights.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery.
* Develop and maintain outstanding internal relationships and communication whilst actively working with other parts of the business to drive synergies and efficiencies.
* Maintain an excellent knowledge of client programs and proficient use of the technology used to support our clients.
* Assist with general administration and other operational requirements.
ABOUT YOU:
· At least 1-2 years of similar experience.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with impeccable attention to detail.
· Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service, this can be in gift cards, customer promotions, retail, hospitality or similar.
· Ability to problem solve and multi-task whilst working autonomously.
· Experience using Freshdesk or a similar customer service platform.
· Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience using CRMs
· A team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude, keen to grow and able to take initiative.
· Highly proactive and deadline focused with outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working in a digitally focused, technical product environment, preferably client side highly desirable.
