WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT IN CHARGE (Fit-Out Construction)

Location: Cebu City

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly focused and experienced Project In Charge with a strong background in fit-out construction. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to methodologies, while maintaining exceptional documentation and reporting standards.

Core Functions:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of fit-out construction projects.
  • Ensure all works are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including methodologies, punch lists, progress billings, change orders, and as-built plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in fit-out construction project management
  • Proven track record in handling methodologies, punch listings, and project documentation
  • Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage
  • Can start ASAP
