JOB DUTIES:

  • Receives material requisition form from the site and prepares material request for release based on schedule.
  • Coordinates with Logistics Head for transport of requested materials to the project site.
  • Prepares requests of all consumable materials and coordinates transmittal and transport to requesting projects and department.
  • Coordinates with Purchasing Head for Purchase Orders for delivery.
  • Receives delivery of materials from supplier. Checks completeness of items delivered and checks if all delivered items is consistent with Purchase Order and the Delivery Receipt. Logs all delivered items or materials in the Logbook and submits Delivery Receipt to Purchasing Department.
  • Monitors BIN Card for inventory of consumable materials and proper charging to projects.
  • Conducts monthly inventory of all consumable materials in the warehouse and submits report to the General Manager.
  • Measures and reports the effectiveness of site warehouses activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Atleast one year work experience
