Job Description:
The position has the primary responsibility for ensuring a sustainable healthy business partnerships with assigned key trade partners. The position is likewise responsible for providing efficient people management, i.e., directing, guiding, coaching and mentoring, and active leadership involvement in ensuring that all sales programs are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies, strict alignment with the marketing programs and within the bounds of the VMOS, and identifying the critical requirements needed by his/her region to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs.
Key Job Results include providing sound and relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target objectives, execution of sales and distribution strategies and programs, collection efficiency, minimize sales returns, adherence to department budgets and development of staff competencies, and sustaining the healthy work environment and relationships.
1) Knowledge
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products and services (marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and control systems.);
- Knowledge of principles and practices on Customer and personal service-customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction.)
- Product knowledge- knowledge of product range including successful matching of client needs to appropriate products/solutions.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
- Aptitude for working with numbers- basic arithmetic and statistics and their application.
2) Skills
- Organizational skills – contact with the management, all levels with personnel in departments, external business relationships, business vendors.
- People skills – inter-personal ability to work with both internal personnel and external contacts.
- Computer proficiency – can operate basic Microsoft Office-Excel, Word and Power point.
- Writing Skills – ability to write standard communication letters.
Qualification:
- Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience managing key accounts in FMCG.
- Responsible for managing the Bohol areas and open to traveling to different locations.
