Treasury Supervisor

A. General Description: The Treasury Supervisor will be in charge of managing every facet of treasury operations which includes cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking relationships. Strong treasury management experience, superior analytical abilities, and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace are requirements for the perfect applicant. B. List of Responsibilities Create and keep up-to-date short- and long-term liquidity forecasts to assist with capital allocation and business operations. Determine the risks associated with liquidity and create plans to reduce any possible disruptions to cash flow. Lead in identifying risk, developing complex mitigation strategies. Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting. Ensure compliance to internal controls and regulatory obligations concerning treasury operations. Compile and submit financial flow projections and liquidity stress tests, among other regulatory reports and filings. Report on Treasury operations and performance in a timely and accurate manner to senior management and other relevant parties. C. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in treasury management roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
