JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across multiple departments. This role ensures that business processes run efficiently, resources are effectively managed, and company standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvement. The Operations Manager also plays a vital role in fostering employee engagement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial and productivity goals.

The Operations Manager is responsible for upholding brand standards, delivering exceptional customer service, fostering employee engagement, increasing revenues, and maintaining optimal departmental efficiency.

Main Duties


• Oversee and coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.


• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and industry best practices.


• Lead and mentor department heads and teams, providing support and guidance as needed.


• Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and financial performance to optimize profitability.


• Establish performance goals and regularly review progress with teams.


• Ensure excellent customer service standards are delivered consistently.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.


• Prepare reports and present operational performance updates to senior management.


• Respond to organizational changes and business needs in a proactive manner.

MANAGING AND CONDUCTING HUMAN RESOURCES ACTIVITIES


• Collaborate with HR in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.


• Oversee employee performance evaluations and professional development initiatives.


• Foster a positive work culture and manage employee relations effectively.


• Resolve inter-departmental conflicts and support employee well-being.


• Ensure teams have the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform effectively.

Administration

· Ensure that all company activities and standards align with organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Maintain compliance with legal, financial, and industry regulations, and ensure smooth documentation and reporting.

Customer Service

Promote a customer-focused environment across the company. Address client and customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Financial

Work with finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.


• Analyze business performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.


• Manage costs effectively while meeting service and quality standards.


• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.


• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Other Duties

Comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations. Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively. Attend training sessions, meetings, and company events as required. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by senior management
