About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate HR Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in managing and supporting all aspects of human resources within our organization. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the business and its employees
  • Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
