Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and supervise the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
  • Oversee all leasing activities including tours, application processing, and lease signings.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor properties to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, and resident communications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure move-ins and move-outs run smoothly.
  • Prepare and present regular leasing performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage online listings, social media presence, and community outreach efforts.
  • Handle resident concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of leasing or property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).
  • Knowledge of local housing laws and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing and revenue goals.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
