Key and Responsibilities:

  • Procure construction materials, hardware, and other supplies needed for company projects.

  • Source and coordinate with suppliers and hardware stores, request quotations, and negotiate prices.

  • Maintain inventory and stock records to ensure availability of materials.- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.

  • Assist in leasing operations, including preparing contracts, coordinating with tenants, and monitoring lease terms.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.Prepare reports on purchases, expenses, and leasing activities.

  • Support other departments with administrative and procurement tasks as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or leasing administration.- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with inventory or accounting software is a plus.- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • 30-35 year old.
