About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to join our team and help expand our market in the kitchen equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell kitchen equipment products to clients (restaurants, hotels, food service businesses, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations and after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, marketing events, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchen equipment, appliances, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
