We are looking for a Sales Officer to promote and drive adoption of our Hotel Management System (HMS), helping hotels streamline operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role covers the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while fostering long-term partnerships in the hospitality technology space. The ideal candidate is persuasive, resourceful, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, product presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that highlight value and address client pain points.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to expand market share and meet revenue goals.
  • Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and track achievement against sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 6 months–1 year of sales experience (hospitality or technology sales is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and travel as required.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
