About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. This role will focus on promoting and selling our Hotel Management System and Manpower Services to clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of hotel operations, client relationship management, and B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the hotel and hospitality sector.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for our Hotel Management System.
  • Promote and sell our manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions to hotels and related businesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, property management systems (PMS), or manpower services is an advantage.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to do client visits and fieldwork when necessary.
