Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer to promote security-related services to corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Proactively seek and create new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital outreach.
  2. Engage in prospecting to assess client needs, challenges, and security concerns.
  3. Customize and present security service proposals that align with client expectations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  5. Effectively manage the sales process by identifying influencers and tailoring engagement strategies.
  6. Secure new business deals and ensure a seamless handover to the account management team.
  7. Share client feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and strategic direction.
  8. Achieve and surpass established sales goals and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within services or security industries
  • Strong track record of independently generating leads and closing sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
