As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, supporting and optimizing creator outreach and affiliate operations. You'll manage sample requests, maintain trackers, set up automation, vet creators, report performance, and engage the affiliate community—helping scale partnerships and drive consistent growth across creator networks.

Shift: Mid Shift (4PM- 1AM PHT) | Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid

Office Location: Makati

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Sample & Affiliate Management

  • Manage and process sample requests through Cruva, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate tracking versus plans
  • Maintain and update the affiliate tracker with all sample activity and outcomes

Creator Outreach & Automation

  • Set up and maintain outreach bots for creator recruitment and engagement
  • Build and refine outreach filters to identify and target relevant creator categories
  • Adjust and optimize bot settings and workflows based on campaign results and creator responses

Creator Vetting & Quality Control

  • Review creator profiles before approving sample or collaboration requests to ensure brand alignment
  • Recommend new outreach filters or improvements to enhance creator partnership quality

Performance Reporting

  • Produce weekly outreach performance reports, tracking key metrics such as response rates, engagement, and conversions
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve outreach performance and efficiency

Affiliate Community Management

  • Manage affiliate competitions, identify winners, and distribute prizes
  • Monitor community messages and questions and escalate issues when needed
  • Support community activations, communications, and other engagement areas

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years' experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Cruva, automation bots, and creator outreach platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships
  • Understanding of data-driven marketing and outreach automation tools
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for identifying high-quality creators
