Job Description:

The Affiliate–Media Relations Specialist will play a dual role in driving affiliate growth and enhancing media exposure. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to build strong affiliate relationships, secure earned media coverage, and ultimately increase brand awareness and revenue.

Affiliate Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Support the scaling of RENPHO's Direct-to-Consumer Affiliate Program across global regions (UK, CA, AU, EU).
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with new affiliate partners.
  • Communicate with affiliates on upcoming promotions, exclusive deals, and new product launches.
  • Manage regular updates and reporting on affiliate performance, including maintaining dashboards across regions.
  • Assist with testing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.

Media Relations Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize media databases using Prowly (cleaning, segmenting, and onboarding new contacts).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to draft and distribute press releases highlighting product launches and company initiatives.
  • Execute email outreach to media contacts regarding upcoming launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and compile daily/weekly media coverage and brand mentions.
  • Assist in securing earned media opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate sending product samples to journalists, editors, and influencers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, media relations, PR, or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for affiliates and media.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Impact, ShareASale, or other affiliate platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with PR/Media tools like Prowly, Cision, or Meltwater (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
