QUALIFICATIONS:

Healthcare Int'l and local account:

  • Must have 1-year solid experience handling - INTERNATIONAL inbound healthcare insurance account (benefits, claims, and eligibility)
  • OR should have 1-year solid experience handling LOCAL ACCOUNT
  • College Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college (with TOR, no back subjects)

Wealth management int'l account:

  • At least 1 year BPO voice experience in Mutual Fund, Wealth Management, 401K Pension, and/or Investment Accounts
  • FINRA trained or certified is a huge advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • College Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college (with TOR, no back subjects)
