Specific Job title/Position: Technical Support Agent

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar degree
  • Willing to work ON-SITE in Pasay: Hybrid (specific no. of days- for verification but possibly 2-3 days/week) for now until further notice
  • Amenable to work on any shift assigned especially Night Shift Schedule (We are still verifying the schedule)
  • At least 2 year of experience in customer-focused, support environment: Technical Support
  • · Has experience in providing support via email and phone

· REQUIRED - Work experience in troubleshooting SaaS applications

Proven track record of driving change focused on improving the customer experience

Foreign language fluence preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and XML

Experience with Medallia and Service Cloud knowledge a plus

Ability to learn on the fly and prioritize conflicting tasks

  • Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
  • Can Start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php33,000.00 per month
