Location: Metro Manila (field-based with some remote coordination)

Role Overview: The Clinic Expansion Associate supports SureVax's growth by handling the end-to-end process of scouting, securing, and preparing new branch locations. This includes site evaluation, lease preparation, and coordination with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely clinic openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Scouting & Evaluation
  • Identify potential clinic locations based on company criteria (e.g., accessibility, size, rental price, foot traffic).
  • Collect and organize details of candidate properties for management review.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential sites.
  • Lease Preparation & Coordination
  • Liaise with property owners, brokers, and building administrators to gather requirements and proposals.
  • Assist management in preparing for lease negotiations and finalization.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete for lease signing.
  • Project Coordination
  • Work with the Operations Manager, contractor, and permits processor to track progress until branch opening.
  • Monitor fit-out, supplies, and permits to ensure timelines are met.
  • Provide regular progress reports and flag risks or delays.
