Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marke/ng Lead to act as the bridge between BeFit, our paid

media agency, and internal stakeholders. This person will be responsible for monitoring campaigns

daily, ensuring the agency op/mises effec/vely, and aligning performance data with business

outcomes. They will coordinate closely with the Marke/ng Consultant for strategy guidance and with

the COO for budget and sales alignment.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and confident working with

agencies. It involves not just coordinating but also challenging recommendations through hands-on

knowledge of paid media. While you won't be directly building campaigns, you need a solid

understanding of how campaigns are set up across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), including

ad formats, placements, and targeting options, to effectively challenge agency suggestions and

ensure best practices are followed.

Key

Campaign Oversight &


• Monitor daily campaign performance across plaSorms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to ensure

delivery against KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, lead volume, etc.).


• Push the agency for proac/ve op/misa/ons in targe/ng, bidding, placements, and crea/ve.


• Iden/fy and flag performance risks early and recommend correc/ve ac/ons.

Agency & Stakeholder


• Serve as the main point of contact for the paid media agency, ensuring clear briefs, /mely

feedback, and brand alignment.


• Coordinate with all internal stakeholders connected to paid media (crea/ve, finance, CRM,

UX, IT, opera/ons, and sales) to ensure assets, budgets, tracking, and data flows are aligned.


• Ensure smooth handoff of requirements and updates across teams to avoid delays or

misalignment.


• Work closely with the Marke/ng Consultant for strategic direc/on and with the COO for

budget/sales alignment.

• Review agency dashboards and internal CRM/back-end sales reports to ensure numbers

align.


• Consolidate insights into clear weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.


• Highlight trends, wins, and opportuni/es to improve both marke/ng and sales performance.

Input


• Ensure ad copies and crea/ves are adapted correctly for each plaSorm (size, format, and

placement requirements).


• Provide data-driven feedback on ad copy and crea/ve performance.


• Support A/B tes/ng ini/a/ves and share learnings with the crea/ve team.

& Skills


• 3–5 years of experience in performance marke/ng or paid media management (agency or in-

house).


• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analy/cs

tools.


• Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, ad types, placements, and plaSorm

requirements, even if not execu/ng directly.


• Proven ability to manage and challenge external agencies.


• Data-driven with strong analy/cal and repor/ng skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

required).


• Excellent coordina/on and communica/on skills.


• Startup or fitness industry experience is a plus.
