We are currently looking for a 
Performance Marketing Manager
 to work closely with our partner
SmartInvest
  - an exciting, fast-scaling online trading and financial services company that operates one of the most successful international trading communities.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for a 
data-driven, analytical, and growth-oriented marketer
 who thrives in performance advertising. You'll design, execute, and scale paid campaigns across 
Telegram Ads, X Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram),
and more — with the clear goal of maximizing ROI and driving customer acquisition.

You'll work closely with SmartInvest's Sales team, ensuring lead generation and funnel strategies are fully aligned with business growth. At the same time, you'll manage and mentor a high-performing team of media buyers, content creators, and performance marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across 
    Telegram Ads, X Ads (Twitter), Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Continuously test and improve ad performance for key KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.)
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns
  • Oversee creation of high-converting ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with designers and content creators
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Align performance marketing strategy with SmartInvest's Sales team and business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and freelancers
  • Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years proven experience in 
    performance marketing / paid media management
  • Hands-on expertise with 
    Telegram Ads, X Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy
  • Deep understanding of paid traffic funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking
  • Experience in A/B testing, scaling campaigns, and managing ad spend effectively
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (English required)
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus
  • Background in 
    trading, investing, or fintech
     is highly desirable
