Role Overview
The Marketing Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing strategies across multiple business units. This role requires strong technical expertise in digital platforms (social media, SEO, websites), brand management, and lead generation, while also providing leadership and direction to marketing team. The Marketing Lead will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for different companies/brands under management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a marketing team to deliver creative and measurable campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all platforms and communication channels.
- Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with company-wide goals.
Digital Marketing & Platforms
- Oversee social media strategy and execution (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others).
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and performance.
- Oversee website management, ensuring user experience, conversion optimization, and content updates.
- Drive lead generation campaigns through digital ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CPL, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management decision-making.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven results.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing supports lead pipeline growth.
- Coordinate with product team for marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
- Act as main contact person and collaborate with Group of companies
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/senior role.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing campaigns and brand management across multiple projects.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in social media marketing, paid ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
- Proven experience in website management, lead generation strategies, and content marketing.
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics and analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize performance.
Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Strong leadership and coaching skills; proven ability to manage and develop creative and junior staff.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute when necessary.
- Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Trainings and Certifications
· Relevant certifications and training in areas such as Digital Marketing & Strategy, SEO & Analytics, Content & Branding, Website & CMS, Lead Generation & Paid Media, and Leadership are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
