
Senior Account Manager

We're hiring a full-time, 100% remote Senior Digital Account Manager to interview our customers on video calls to create helpful, educational YouTube videos. This is a senior role. You'll oversee our customers' marketing strategy to promote their videos to their in-house list of contacts. You'll work with about 40 USA clients, helping them answer commonly asked customer questions on their webcam or mobile phone on monthly pre-scheduled calls. You'll then send the raw video to your team, who will edit, optimize, and promote it to your clients' in-house contact database to help them get more business. You'll also speak with your USA clients regularly to help them get the most business they can from their in-house list of contacts using the systems and strategies you'll learn from ongoing training at our agency. All training will be provided. It takes 90 days of in-depth training before you're on the phone with clients, learning our business inside and out; you'll shadow every position here so by the time you are responsible for a client, you're confident in your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Write video scripts for clients to answer their commonly asked customer questions
- Conduct client interviews over a mobile phone to help our clients record their videos
- Lead your video editing, writing, and design to get the marketing done on time
- Working effectively with your team, including morning and evening Zoom huddles
- Guide clients on how to maximize their marketing plan with us to get more business
- Communicate with clients weekly, keeping them updated on their results
- Attend our trainings to improve your marketing skills to help our clients
- Proactively respond to client phone calls and emails to take work off their plate
- Keep your clients happy with positive feedback and earn referrals from them
Qualifications:
- Client-facing work history, preferably with US/International clients
- Ability to work from home 9 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.
- Provide your internet, webcam, computer, and headset for the role (Bring Your Own Device).
- Experience working with business owners to help them with their marketing on the phone
- Strong organizational skills to keep tabs on 40+ clients
- Experience with leading a team of people with you to get marketing work done
- 4-Year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
