ASSISTANT STORE SUPERVISOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Assist sales in the selling area
  • Handles inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback
  • Facilitate Return and Exchange transaction
  • Daily Attendance Monitoring of staff
  • Guide newly hired on the Employee Training Checklist
  • Ensure correct procedure in Cash Sales deposit
  • Accomplish timely cash sales deposit
  • Carry out Cash Endorsement after the end of the day
  • Perform Cash End Up
  • Organize and file Charge Slips, settlement
  • Stock Ordering
  • Maintain store logbooks for checking and correct implementation
  • Perform unloading/loading control form for every delivery
  • Report any delivery discrepancy observed
  • Report any encoding discrepancy committed by the encoder and from other stores

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • With at least two years of Assistant Store Supervisor work experience, preferably in retail or hardware
  • Must be knowledgeable in overall store operation
  • Willing to be assigned in Matina, Davao City
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
