About the role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales activities of our Quezon City Metro Manila-based team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and coaching to help them reach their full potential
  2. Set sales targets and monitor performance, implementing strategies to boost productivity and drive revenue growth
  3. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a customer-centric culture
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives
  6. Provide regular reports on sales activities, team performance and customer feedback to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the sales industry, preferably in a management role
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
  5. Familiarity with sales performance tracking and reporting tools
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
