We're looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing both new and existing accounts.
  • Identify potential customers and transform them into active sales opportunities.
  • Nurture and expand key client partnerships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, lead negotiations, and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries, orders, and related documentation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Interpret sales metrics and generate performance reports, highlighting trends and forecasting future results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and order fulfillment, for seamless operations.
  • Propose enhancements to sales procedures, tools, and systems to boost productivity and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using Excel and basic digital tools for reporting and coordination
  • Willing to do field work.
