Full-Time | Onsite – Alabang, Muntinlupa

Join a fast-growing Australian skincare and lifestyle brand with a global following. We're looking for a Creative Editor to be part of our vibrant and creative team based in Alabang. If you love beauty, wellness, digital marketing—and want to grow your career with an international brand while working daytime hours—this could be the role for you. This is a hands-on position for someone with 4+ years of experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring our visual identity is consistent and inspiring across everything we do — from website banners and campaign graphics to social videos and printed materials. We offer a monthly training allowance during your first 3 months, plus HMO coverage, a supportive work culture, and no graveyard shifts—just real career growth in a brand that's more than skin deep.

What You'll Be Doing Campaign Coordination & Content Support

• Edit short-form videos with CapCut that are visually striking and on-brand.
• Design graphics, ads, and website banners in Canva that showcase our products and campaigns.
• Keep our website visually fresh with updated creative assets.
• Contribute to packaging design (a small but important part of the role).
• Develop printed marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and flyers.
• Use AI creative tools to boost workflow and enhance design execution.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats while keeping a consistent aesthetic.
• Interpret and execute the brand aesthetic with originality and precision

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a creative designer/editor with a strong portfolio that shows a clear design eye.
• Proficiency in CapCut (video editing) and Canva (graphic design).
• Experience designing for websites, social media, and print.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools to assist in design and editing.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)

• Experience with Klaviyo (email design and campaigns).
• Familiarity with Shopify (uploading creative assets, managing visuals).
• Motion graphics or animation.
• Photography and product retouching.

• At least 4 years of experience in a creative editor's role
• Skilled in Canva,CapCut, Photoshop, Google Workspace, and content tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organised, and deadline-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for wellness, skincare, and lifestyle branding
• Must be available for full-time, onsite work in Alabang
