The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that support the company's marketing, branding, and product launch initiatives. This role involves developing digital and print assets that enhance brand identity, communicate product value, and capture audience interest. The ideal candidate has strong graphic and multimedia design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing and branding materials for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns (e.g., social media graphics, packaging, posters, brochures, digital ads).
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team to translate campaign briefs into creative executions.
  • Develop visuals for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) and offline channels (events, point-of-sale, print collaterals).
  • Support in creating product packaging and label designs that reflect brand identity and comply with industry standards.
  • Produce multimedia content (e.g., simple animations, video edits) when required.
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and competitor activities to keep brand visuals fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Artist, or Creative Designer (preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer product industries).
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, product, and campaign-related designs.
  • Experience in packaging design is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
