Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience with using Google Ads (non-negotiable), DV360, and/or other relevant paid search platforms.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or a willingness to lead and enable team members in paid search advertising practices
- Proactive team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of taking initiative in paid search campaign planning and execution.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional results through paid search advertising.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, essential for effective client communication and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making in paid search advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting paid search strategies and insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, proficient in digital collaboration tools like Google Drive.
- Demonstrated responsibility, initiative, and a continuous growth mindset in the field of paid search advertising.
