Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline Leadership Management:
  • Oversee and support frontline sales leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent execution of core processes.
  • Team Enablement & Influence:
  • Inspire and mobilize teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement—effectively "rallying the troops" to meet operational objectives.
  • Performance Management & Optimization:
  • Apply structured performance management practices to monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvements across workflows and systems.
  • Strategic Representation:
  • Represent regional operational highlights, challenges, and insights in stakeholder meetings, contributing to data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Executive-Level Contribution:
  • Provide senior-level perspective to team dynamics and operational strategy, helping shape long-term direction and elevate organizational effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7-8 years BPO industry leadership experience with familiarity managing a team of 50+ headcount.
  • Extensive experience with change management, having previously led through complex org shifts and sales structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Skilled in presenting operational insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
