The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Client Acquisition who thrives in a startup environment and has deep experience in the Virtual Executive Assistant industry.
This role is not for someone who only delegates. We need a builder, someone willing to get their hands dirty by personally driving lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and closing clients. You will be the tip of the spear in bringing in our first closed-won deals and setting the foundation for future growth.
This role requires:
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) at a senior managerial or director level within the virtual executive assistance or outsourcing industry.
• A North American network (preferred) and ability to build trust with founders, executives, and decision-makers. An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for working in startup mode; scrappy, creative, and obsessed with results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify, source, and qualify high-value leads within our target market (founders, executives, entrepreneurs).
• Cold Outreach: Personally execute cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting; building pipelines from scratch.
• Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into paying clients; deliver the first closed-won deals for Answer247.
• Network Expansion: Leverage existing North American network and develop new partnerships to open doors.
• Strategy & Execution: Define, test, and refine sales approaches tailored to our white-glove positioning.
• Feedback Loop: Work closely with leadership to shape our value proposition, trial offers, and client journey based on real market feedback.
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years in a senior managerial or director role within the virtual executive assistant, outsourcing, or professional services industry.
• Hands-on sales experience; you've done the cold calls, sent the emails, and closed deals yourself.
• Strong understanding of the North American founder/executive market, ideally with an existing network.
• Proven track record of building early-stage pipelines and scaling client acquisition.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; you thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and are motivated by growth.
• Alignment with The 247 Code; proactive, reliable, and client-first.
