Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing, marketing, and headhunting industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process in compliance with the company's Recruitment and Placement Policy, ensuring timely and effective personnel acquisition for assigned departments or units.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various online job portals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Represent the company in career fairs and local recruitment activities to promote employer branding and source potential talent.
  • Screen incoming resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and coordinate initial assessments and testing processes.
  • Conducts preliminary interviews for rank-and-file and supervisory-level positions and prepares detailed candidate assessment reports for further evaluation by the hiring department or panel.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Application.
  • Responsible in monitoring all documents from Recruitment and Placement.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
