Overview:
Responsible for the delivery of tech-associated support services for customers via chat and phone support.
What you'll do:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer tech issues via phone and chat.
Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and device troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
Resolve network and technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
Own customer issues, provide timely updates, and follow through until resolution.
Maintain high service standards and follow IT service management protocols.
Coordinate with support and partners as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
If you:
• have Mandarin CSE or CCE work related experience
• are Bilingual Mandarin speaking customer expert (preferably non-native)
• are at least 18 years old
• have basic web navigation skills
• have good communication skills
• are willing to start immediately
