YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION is seeking an exceptional Call Center Representative to join our team in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work virtually. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers, providing first-contact resolution to a wide range of inquiries and issues
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  3. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
  4. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  5. Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
