About the role

We are seeking an experienced Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team at 1791 Financial Services LLC. This is a full-time REMOTE role. In this position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and converting them into loyal customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our financial services products
  • You will be selling merchant processing, bookkeeping, and insurance products to prospective small business owners
  • Identifying customer needs and pain points, and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in phone sales, preferably within the financial services industry, selling to small business owners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and overcome objections
  • Someone who will work full-time Monday - Friday from 11 PM to 7 AM to match our customers' work hours in the United States of America.
  • Must have reliable internet service and achieve 250 outbound calls per day.
  • Must average two new accounts per week by the 2nd month of employment. That would equal a $1,040 USD monthly salary
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Familiarity with Go High Level (CRM)

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude
