Operations Assistant

Day-to-Day Activities:
● Provide administrative and technical assistance, including coordinating meetings and technical concerns with the clients, providers and Government agencies.
● Prepare and update routine reports, presentations, and logs related to operations and support tasks;
● Assist in handling payment, refund, and payout related inquiries from drivers and customers through Hirna's ticketing system;
● Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of billing and settlement reports for Avis.
● Assist in the driver and passenger account management and monitoring;
● Assist in processing and monitoring government remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and other compliance-related administrative work;
● Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Graduate of a business-related course; background in IT-related courses is a plus;
● Strong administrative, coordination, and documentation skills;
● Proficiency with common presentation and spreadsheet software.
