Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
The Digital Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and developing our brands social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. He/She will oversee creating captivating content, monitoring users' engagement and implementing the latest digital trends.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Create interesting and captivating content specific for each brand on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
o Develop visually appealing and engaging posts.
o Customize content for each platform's unique audience.
● Follow the digital guidelines to specific each brand's image.
o Maintain consistency with brand identity.
o Use approved logos, fonts, and styles across all designs.
● Collaborate with our designing team to ensure content for social posts have suitable and
engaging artwork
o Provide briefs and requirements to the design team.
o Review and approve final drafts of visual assets.
● Improve our brands and products awareness through social media campaigns
o Plan and execute thematic campaigns for product launches.
o Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
● Have knowledge of running digital ads. Ability to plan and schedule social media posts to
optimize the engagement
o Create ad sets and monitor budgets for sponsored posts.
o Schedule posts during peak engagement hours.
● Collaborate with our marketing team for contacting and tracking KOL campaigns
o Identify suitable influencers and negotiate partnerships.
o Track KOL performance metrics and evaluate ROI.
● Answer in a timely manner to all messages and comments received
o Engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
o Escalate critical customer inquiries to the appropriate teams.
● Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications
o Compile weekly and monthly engagement reports.
o Use analytics tools to measure content effectiveness.
● Adjust the social media strategy depending on reports
o Identify areas of improvement based on data insights.
o Propose new content types or formats to enhance reach.
● Stay up to date on social media and digital marketing trends
o Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
o Experiment with emerging platforms and tools.
● Act as the primary contact for our marketing activities in the Philippines, ensuring
content and campaigns are tailored to the local market.
o Adapt global campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
o Manage localization of marketing materials.
● Collaborate with local partners, influencers (KOLs), and agencies to expand the reach and
visibility of our brands.
o Establish long-term partnerships with local marketing agencies.
o Leverage partnerships for co-branded events or promotions.
● Develop localized strategies that align with the global vision of the company.
o Balance global brand consistency with local market needs.
o Conduct market research to refine strategies.
● Collaborate with the teams in Vietnam to ensure alignment in strategy and gain
additional support for local campaigns.
o Share performance reports and insights across teams.
o Attend joint strategy meetings to synchronize efforts.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in in Communication, Marketing or related fields
At least 1 year in a similar position or in a Communication/Digital Marketing position
