About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Technician to join our manufacturing team at LMTP Corporation in Calamba City, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding machines to produce high-quality components for our diverse range of products.

What you'll be doing

  • Set up, operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines to produce parts and components to the required specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
  • Identify and troubleshoot any equipment issues or defects, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimise manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
  • Strictly adhere to all health, safety and quality control protocols
  • Maintain detailed production records and reports

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a plastic injection technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding equipment, processes and quality control procedures
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and follow instructions accurately
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Certification or training in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing operations is preferred
