About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Technology Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team at LMTP Corporation in Calamba City Laguna. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career growth and development. As our Plastic Injection Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our plastic injection moulding production line, ensuring high-quality outputs and optimal productivity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the plastic injection moulding production line, including scheduling, troubleshooting and process improvement
  2. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of injection moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
  3. Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost savings
  4. Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to implement new technologies and improve production methods
  5. Train and mentor the machine operators to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  7. Contribute to the development of new product designs and manufacturing strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a plastic injection moulding production environment
  3. Demonstrated expertise in plastic injection moulding technology, including machine operation, process control and troubleshooting
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of machine operators
  6. Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools
  7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
