Role SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Support Engineer to join our dynamic Workday ERP team within a large-scale conglomerate; a prestigious global leader in integrated premium resorts. As a Workday Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday modules. You will collaborate with end users and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, assist in data validation and testing during system enhancements, and translate business requirements into system configurations that drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Workday modules for Finance and Supply Chain.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for Workday system users, coordinating with technical teams or vendors to resolve issues.
- Participate in data validation, testing activities, and system updates during new releases or enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and assist in translating them into system configurations or functional specifications.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Generate and analyze both standard and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Workday or similar ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of Workday architecture, workflows, and integration processes.
- Experience with Finance or Supply Chain modules preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of cross-functional, international teams.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones if required.
