Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrations Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, enjoys problem-solving, and can work across multiple business domains—including HR, Finance, and Analytics—using both modern integration tools and emerging AI-driven platforms.

This role offers exposure to technologies such as Workday, NetSuite, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver maintainable, scalable solutions.
  • Design, implement, and test integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using both low-code/no-code and traditional development approaches.
  • Configure and support APIs, data transformations, and automated workflows across various business platforms.
  • Build and maintain integrations for Workday (via Workday Studio) and NetSuite (via SuiteTalk or RESTlets).
  • Develop automation and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and MCP Server (FastMCP / MCP Python SDK).
  • Integrate and enhance Power BI connectivity for reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance to ensure reliability and data integrity.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to optimize API accessibility and integration best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and the continuous improvement of integration standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in system or application integrations (3+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato, , Logic Apps, Boomi, Zapier, or Mulesoft.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
Preferred Experience
  • HRIS/HCM systems: Workday, Dayforce (Ceridian), SuccessFactors, ADP, Namely, or Zoho People
  • Business/Finance systems: NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Office 365, Stripe
  • Data & Analytics tools: Power BI and related integrations
  • Automation/AI: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, MCP Server (FastMCP, MCP Python SDK)
  • Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
