Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HOTEL SUPERVISOR at Ramirez Megaventures Corporation (Dreaming Forest Hotel) in Batangas. As a Hotel Supervisor, you will be responsible for tasks such as managing branches (Libjo and Soro Soro) which includes:

  • Overall hotel operation
  • Customer assistance, if needed
  • Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints
  • Reporting of hotel status to the management
  • Staff supervision and training (Schedule, Employee Related Concerns, etc.)
  • Implementation of company policies and hotel standards
  • Establish and implement hotel standards and policies
  • Maintain branch inventory

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in management of hotel and resort or related field
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
