Main purpose of the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Analytics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day planning operations by managing data tools, ensuring reporting accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This position is critical to maintaining smooth planning & analytical processes and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely data insights.

2. Responsibilities and duties

  • Manage all planning and analytics tools to support operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update data sources, including running scripts, enabling triggers, and setting permissions as scheduled
  • Generate and send out reports weekly with attention to detail on output
  • Accurately record data in daily reporting tools with strong attention to detail
  • Monitor forecasts and plans for fluctuations or significant deviations, and communicate insights clearly to the planning team

  • Distribute plan release communications to relevant stakeholders

  • Share weekly recipes with external kitchen partners in a timely manner
  • Oversee and action Jira tickets as needed to ensure the team meets project deadlines
  • Analyze data and escalate planning-related issues or trends to support timely troubleshooting by the planning team
  • Build, maintain, and speak to ad-hoc analyses to support the planning & analytics team
