Plan Document Coordinator

A dedicated professional is sought after to assist in the management of plan document drafting, amendments, restatements, and plan setup.
This role involves preparing plan documents including discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, participant notices, and related disclosures. Additionally, it requires project management support for large-scale document projects, ensuring timely completion and successful execution.
The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and deadlines, with a strong commitment to proactively managing workload while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare plan documents, including discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, participant notices, and related disclosures.
- Support Team members by performing duties as assigned, including process reviews, research, and documentation related to plan documents and operational corrections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based tools.
