About the Role

We're on the lookout for a highly organized Virtual Shopify Manager who thrives in a fast-paced online retail environment. You'll be the backbone of our store operations—managing customers, orders, and inventory—while also supporting marketing and back-office workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through email, chat, and social platforms.
  • Manage orders, returns, and exchanges seamlessly in Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and monitor stock to keep products available at all times.
  • Keep accurate and updated records using Google Sheets and Excel (essential).
  • Assist with light marketing tasks such as Canva designs (bonus points if skilled).
  • Spot inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve operations.
  • Stay flexible and open to learning new systems, tools, and responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Shopify expert with at least 2 years of experience (non-negotiable).
  • Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills (non-negotiable).
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Experience in shipping coordination and inventory management.

Nice-to-Haves

  • ShipStation knowledge.
  • Canva skills.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
