Job Description:

You will:

  • Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and robust data protection.
  • Design and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard organizational data and systems.
  • Design, implement, and enforce comprehensive IT policies and procedures that adhere to industry best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic IT plans, fostering innovation, and effectively allocating budgets to optimize IT operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of IT infrastructure and systems performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with executives and department managers to ensure IT initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Manage the IT staff, ensuring timely responses to organizational concerns and IT-related issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in computer systems, software development, networking, and information security.
  • 10 years of professional experience in IT roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership.
  • Advanced understanding of strategic management, project management, and leadership in IT environments.
  • Proficient in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT systems, encompassing networks, servers, storage, and telecommunications.
  • Skilled in developing and enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures (e.g., firewalls, encryption), and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
