We are looking for an Asset and Contract Management Associate.

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Associate is responsible for the daily and tactical management of information and communication technology (ICT) assets, both hardware and software, as well as the ICT-related contracts, within the organization.
  • He will develop, implement, assess and recommend framework, policies, guidelines, process and procedures for asset and contract management.
  • He shall monitor and establish controls for the compliance of the different CTAT organizations on the asset life cycle, valuations and utilization. The individual will assess and come up with recommended procurement strategies to optimize technology spend across the organization.
  • He will formulate and recommend ICT resource strategies and directions. As part of governance, he shall monitor and assess the compliance by CTAT organizations to all ICT-related contracts and other contract-related governance or regulatory requirements. He shall establish controls for compliance on evaluation of vendor engagements, performance reporting and compliance to service commitment,

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any related 4-year or 5-year degree courses: Computer Science, Engineering, Management
  • Experience in evaluating or implementing asset management tools or software.
  • Solid contract management, administration skills.
  • Experience in scoping, planning and managing complex and concurrent technical activities supported by a strong understanding of IT project management; demonstrated ability to manage scope, timeline, and budget a plus.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Experience in developing business cases and negotiating with vendors.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with experience communicating complex, technical concepts to all levels.
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
