Key Responsibilities
:
1.
Relationship Management
: Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
2.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in various
industries, establishing initial contact and building a robust sales
pipeline.
3.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on our telecommunications, ISP,
and ICT solutions and services to push their value to address clients'
challenges effectively.
4.
Market Analysis:
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and client
needs to develop strategic sales plans.
5.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals
and expanding our client base.
6.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
sales support, marketing, and technical experts, to meet client
requirements.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
Information Technology, or a related field. Above-average academic
record is preferred.
Experience
:
Essential
: A minimum of 2 years of proven sales or customer service
experience, preferably within the telecommunications, information
and communications technology (ICT), or a related industry.
Highly Desirable
: Experience with B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C(Business-to-Consumer) sales in a target-driven environment and technology solutions. Demonstrable track record of meeting or
exceeding sales quotas.
Skills and Competencies:
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Interpersonal Skills
: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
build and maintain rapport with clients. Must be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Negotiation
: Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
Technical Aptitude:
A foundational understanding of
telecommunications and ICT products and services, such as
broadband, mobile services, cloud computing, managed services, and enterprise solutions.
Sales Acumen
: Basic understanding of the sales cycle, from lead
generation to closing.
Problem-Solving
: The ability to listen to client needs, identify pain
points, and propose relevant solutions.
Software Proficiency
: Proficiency in using CRM (Customer
Relationship Management) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot),
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant
sales tools.
Resilience
: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Self-Motivated
: A high degree of self-motivation, drive, and a strong
desire to learn and succeed.

Availability
: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings
and weekends, as required by client schedules and business needs.
Mobility
: A valid driver's license and driving skills is an advantage.
Employment Status
: Contract-based employment subject to
absorption/regularization based on performance.
