Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, supervise bookkeeping, manage payroll, and provide financial insights that support business performance. This part-time role is ideal for professionals seeking international opportunity while maintaining balance and independence.

Job Overview

Employment type: Project-based

Shift: Day shift, Weekends Off (20 hours per week)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or equivalent qualification highly desirable
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely
  • Able to manage priorities and work independently in a part-time capacity

Your Daily Tasks

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
  • Review and supervise the work of the bookkeeper (based in the Philippines)
  • Manage payroll processing
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management
  • Deliver practice group financial reporting and insights to support performance tracking
