POSITION SUMMARY:

Will handle administrative functions such as, but not limited to, the filing of complaints, court hearings and filing of motions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

❖ Prepare legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memos;

❖ File complaints before the Office of the City Prosecutor;

❖ Attend court hearings, mediation proceedings, and transact official business;

❖ Closely monitor and follow-up their respective accounts;

❖ Submit recommendation to the Legal Manager regarding the proper and appropriate action to be undertaken on their accounts;

❖ Remarks in the system the court orders and other legal documents concerning the status of with case accounts for proper monitoring;

❖ Assist, negotiate, enter into a compromise agreement with clients who report in the office; and

❖ Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned by the Legal Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Paralegal studies, legal studies, or business law.

Must have background and experience in handling BP22 Cases from preparation up to court process.

Salary ranges from Php 18,070 to Php 25,000 (combination of basic salary and allowance) depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
