Moai is a multi-brand retail space and café located in Perea st, Legazpi Village, Makati City and we're looking for an Operations Associate

An Operations Associate manages inventory, coordinates restocks and logistics, and ensures smooth collaboration with external brands and suppliers. They will oversee Moai's daily operations and supervise staff scheduling and concerns. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and will play a key role in keeping operations efficient and well-coordinated. Reporting to the COO and Operations Director, they will be a part of Penny Pals Corp.'s operations team.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle retail brand inventory analysis, forecasting and ordering
  2. Act as the main point person for external retail brands including coordinating restocks, disbursements and logistics
  3. Manage in-store visual merchandising and inventory transfers
  4. Prepare monthly sales reports for internal and external brands
  5. Handle cafe inventory analysis, forecasting and ordering for ingredients, packaging, etc.
  6. Manage baristas and store associates including preparing and managing day-to-day shifts and preparation of payroll
  7. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, selection, training and development of new staff as needed

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, and other relevant courses
  2. Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in inventory management, forecasting, or logistics
  3. Proficiency in Google Sheets
  4. Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially when dealing with external brand partners
  5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  6. Leadership skills and experience supervising staff or managing schedules are preferred
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  9. Open to fresh grads Work experience is preferred but not required.
